S&K Design Build, LLC was awarded this HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside project to renovate an existing warehouse used for material disposition for the Department of Defense in Battle Creek, Michigan. The scope of work includes:
- Replacing the current HVAC system
- Installing ABA access control
- Upgrading the lighting in the facilities
- Replacing the standing seam roof, ceiling, wall insulation, warehouse storage racks, and supporting safety devices
- Removing the fenced wall and repairing the concrete floor
- Removing and replacing security fencing, asphalt concrete pavement, and installing keypad motorized vehicle gates
